Location
Town and city centres, established retail or leisure pitches, seaside and resort locations, secondary high streets and suitable neighbourhood centres.
Geography
Initially within approximately one hour of York, including opportunities across Yorkshire, the North East and surrounding areas.
Planning & former use
Existing AGC, amusement or betting Sui Generis use is particularly attractive. Former bookmakers, arcades, bingo/leisure, banks and retail units are of interest. Other uses considered subject to planning and licensing.

Building a modern, customer-focused portfolio of Adult Gaming Centres.
XO Gaming Ltd is establishing a new portfolio of Adult Gaming Centres, initially focused on Yorkshire and the North East. Our strategy is deliberately selective: we are looking for well-located venues with sensible occupancy costs, efficient operations and strong local customer potential.
We also welcome confidential approaches from existing AGC operators considering retirement, succession or the sale of their business, as well as landlords and agents with suitable premises.
With experienced industry management, access to capital and the ability to make decisions quickly, our objective is to build a sustainable, UK-wide multi-site AGC group with excellent customer service at its core.
